These General Conditions shall apply to all purchases of materials and/or services made by the company Instalaciones y Montajes Margon, S.L. hereinafter referred to as Margon, and imply the express exclusion of the supplier’s general conditions of sale and of any other document originating from it, unless otherwise agreed.
